Every day after work all the IRS participants gather for the event that we call 'Ending of the Day'. The main idea behind these daily meetings is to think about something related to the progress of the project groups, the way the participants see the final results of their work or just the new impressions they have had during the day. The participants are asked to think about one of these things and visualize it in a certain way - as a poster, a living picture, or a short sketch.
It is always good fun and, at the same time, we can literally see what is going on in every project group and the IRS in general.
Here are some pictures showing the way it usually happens. At this particular 'Ending of the Day' the participants showed each other living pictures presenting their projects.
