Hello, everyone!
Last time, we promised to start introducing our projects one by one. Now, we’re excited to present the first: "Through Museum's Glass: A Cultural Pass."
How do people from different countries perceive Sakha (Yakut) culture? To find the answer, you’ll try your hand at being both an anthropologist and a museum curator. You’ll take part in the traditional Yakut festival Ysyakh, conduct your own field study, and ultimately create
a prototype museum space based on your discoveries.
Guiding you on this journey are two experienced tutors who will help you navigate every step. Olesya Kochepasova, a philologist and qualitative research specialist, and Alexandra Polyakova, a historian, have both been on numerous anthropological expeditions and are eager to share their deep field-research expertise with you.
