16TH INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH SCHOOL
IRSchool 2026, Day 3: Cultural Evening
4th of July 2026
The Cultural Evening, where delegations present their home countries, regions, and cities, has always been one of the brightest events at the IRSchool. This is not only because many talented people dance and sing on stage, but above all because they draw the audience into what they're doing—and soon the whole School is singing and dancing together!
And this time, as usual, there was a little bit of everything—and then some: Yakut khomus (traditional jaw harp), traditional songs and dances from Mexico and Pakistan, a theatrical performance from Moscow, and even elections for a Cossack ataman, organized by the delegation from Rostov. Many thanks to everyone who came up with all this and put it together, and thank you to all the school participants for taking such an active part in the Cultural Evening.
