13TH INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH SCHOOL
Can we induce false memory?
Modern computers are increasing in power, but they are already close to their physical limits. Humanity urgently needs to find a way out and further increase the speed of computers. Do you want to help?

At the moment, the world is actively developing metasurfaces - optical devices as thin as a human hair, which are composed of small nanoparticle resonators.

In this project, a group of like-minded people will try to design their own metasurface on a computer that will search for image boundaries and test its capabilities. They will also gain basic knowledge about how light propagates in a material, what Mie-resonances are and why the sky is blue!
